Are users allowed to use the WM Liberty Source Code to add features and make custom builds?

Yes, I have absolutely no problem with that. I seem to recall that the JaLBe editor uses an enhanced custom build.

I should probably make this clear in the next release.

If I can get Dev-C++ to build a copy, I will share any and all code. Open Source is the way to go.
